Materials machined Include Aluminium, Titanium, Copper, Stainless Steel, Kovar and various other alloys. Plastics including Nylon, Acetal, Peek and many others.
Our extensive CNC Milling capability includes 4 & 5 Axis CNC Mills alongside a VF9 with a 2 mtr x 1 mtr bed for larger plate/project machining.
12 CNC Lathes with capacity up to 450mm Dia on our SL40. Plus various lathes with barfeeds for large production runs.
Our EDM section of 2 Ingersoll Spark Eroders and 3 Wirers enable GBMF to offer a complete manufacturing service to our customers.
We also offer assembly and other ancillary services as required. We also supply coatings to customers requirements to enable GBMF to offer a turnkey solution to our customers.
A Temperature-controlled Inspection area using Hexagon CMM with PC DMIS software operating from 3D models ensures tight quality control at all times. Our ISO 9001-2015 accreditation means you can have confidence that work is manufactured to a strict method and quality control at all times.
